A genuinely friendly welcome awaits you at the cottage, a large Edwardian house in the centre of Llandrindod wells. Originally built as a doctor's residence and practice it occupies a prominent position in the heart of the town's conservation area.
Built in 1903 in the Arts and Crafts style, The Cottage has retained most of its original features and the décor adds to the relaxed, period feel of the house.
Being an Arts and Craft house it is full of idiosyncrasies and oddly shaped rooms. In fact we have it on good authority that when Dr Morgan-Evans was asked by his architect what he wanted, the reply was "Do as you will sir, but no room shall be square; good day!"
